This is the hidden gem in the neighbourhood. They fit everything into this lovely place that you can drink, eat, chat, work, relax and even play board games. Food is amazing and cake is tempting. I would recommend to all my friends

Really accommodating for our large running group and large mugs for the hot drinks! The free cream puffs were much appreciated and so good! Will definitely be back.

The place is worth a try. The atmosphere is wonderful and makes you feel warm in this cold winter. It was a wonderful experience for me this morning and the girl who was at the reception was very wonderful. The service is excellent. Do not miss the opportunity to try the Swiss Roll Cake. It is one of the best cakes I have tried in my life. It is light and fluffy and the piece is an excellent size.

From the food to the service to the atmosphere, everything exceeded my expectations. For the main course, I tried their Pork Rib Soup, and it was truly outstanding – the meat was so tender and flavourful, cooked to perfection. I also had the Signature Crispy Chicken, which was deliciously golden and crunchy on the outside yet juicy inside. What I loved most is that the main dishes are always freshly cooked in the kitchen, which you can really taste in every bite. Desserts are where Melting Moment truly shines. Everything is freshly baked, and I sampled quite a few: the Taro Pudding Swiss Roll, Matcha Swiss Roll, Creme Puff, and Japanese Cheesecake – each one had its own unique character and tasted unlike anything else I’ve tried before. Their famous Melting Moment Vanilla Cookies are exactly as the name suggests – melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Pairing them with their Kiwi Strawberry Tea was a delightful experience; the tea was refreshing, fragrant, and a perfect complement to the sweetness of the cookies. For drinks, I had the Matcha Iced Coffee, which was blended so well – a perfect balance of earthy matcha and rich coffee, refreshing yet energizing. Coffee lovers will definitely appreciate the care they put into their brews. The service was another highlight. Even with just one staff member handling orders and serving, everything was done quickly, efficiently, and with genuine politeness. The staff is approachable and attentive, which makes the dining experience even better. Had a delicious sponge pudding sweet accompanied with a regular flat white, great combination of flavors. This place is very well decorated, with cozy chairs in the back. The sound track was awesome as well. Thankfully it closes at 8pm, so plenty of time to relax and contemplate some thoughts. Certainly gotta come back to try other marvelous dishes.

The Dessert Selection is TOP TIER !!! Also kumara chips and noodle soup are a must try (Affordable Meals). Customer Service is always good, regular spot for us !
